Imo Striker Queens claimed the second promotion ticket after defeating Rangers Women FC 5-4 in a penalty shootout. Both sides failed to break the deadlock in regulation time, but the Owerri-based club held their composure from the spot to seal a deserved place among the country’s top women’s teams.
