The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has announced a new date for the grand finale of the 2026 President Federation Cup, with the showpiece event now scheduled to hold on Saturday, July 11, 2026, at the Stephen Keshi Stadium in Asaba, Delta State.
The final was initially slated for June 27, 2026, but has now been moved to allow for the completion of the competition’s remaining fixtures.
The Stephen Keshi Stadium, located in the Delta State capital, will host both the men’s and women’s final matches in what promises to be a fitting conclusion to Nigeria’s oldest domestic cup competition.
In the men’s category, NPFL side Ikorodu City booked their place in the final after defeating Nasarawa United, while three-time champions El-Kanemi Warriors secured their ticket by overcoming Wikki Tourists in the semi-finals.
Meanwhile, the women’s competition has reached the semi-final stage, with four teams still in contention for the prestigious title.
FC Robo Queens produced the biggest upset of the quarter-finals by eliminating defending champions Rivers Angels.
Heartland Queens, Sunshine Queens, and Nasarawa Amazons also advanced to complete the last four.
