France and Spain had earlier secured their places after overcoming Morocco and Belgium respectively, setting up another heavyweight European showdown.
Argentina reached the semi-finals after defeating 10-man Switzerland in a dramatic extra-time encounter.
Alexis Mac Allister opened the scoring before Dan Ndoye equalised for the Swiss.
