The ongoing Ex-Internationals Cup in Lagos continues to serve as a platform for discovering Nigeria’s next generation of football stars, and one player who has caught the attention of fans, coaches, and scouts is Isaac Justice.

The talented youngster, who plays for YAKS FC in Benin City and represented FC Aiyegbeni at the prestigious grassroots tournament, delivered a string of impressive performances that highlighted his quality, versatility, and potential.

Despite FC Aiyegbeni’s exit in the Round of 32, Isaac emerged as one of the standout performers of the competition.

His explosive pace, intelligent movement, technical ability, and tireless work ethic made him one of the tournament’s most talked-about young talents.

Whether operating on the wing, driving forward in attack, or contributing defensively, the Akwa Ibom-born player consistently demonstrated maturity beyond his years. His movement both on and off the ball drew admiration from football enthusiasts throughout the competition.

Speaking after the encounter, Isaac Justice reflected on his football journey, the sacrifices he has made, and his ambition to reach the highest level of the game.

“My passion for football started at a very young age,” he said.

Like many aspiring Nigerian footballers, Isaac began his development at grassroots level. He started his career with Rockers Football Academy before moving to Yak Sports FC, where his talent continued to flourish.

His progress quickly translated into success. Isaac was part of teams that excelled in several youth competitions, including winning the prestigious NNPC/Shell Cup in 2017—a tournament renowned for producing future stars.

Primarily a left winger, Isaac is known for his pace, direct attacking style, and ability to trouble defenders.

However, his versatility sets him apart, as he can also operate effectively as an attacking midfielder or right-back, offering coaches valuable tactical flexibility.

His development has also earned him opportunities on the national stage.

Isaac received invitations to Nigeria’s Under-17 and Under-20 national team camps, experiences he describes as key milestones in his career.

He also featured for Bendel Insurance Team B before moving to FC City Abuja, where he continued his growth against stronger competition.

One of the most memorable experiences of his young career came during a football development trip to Brazil.

Exposure to one of football’s most respected nations broadened his understanding of the game and strengthened his determination to succeed professionally.

At the Ex-Internationals Cup, Isaac played with confidence and purpose. Every run, pass, and challenge reflected a player eager to seize his opportunity and make a lasting impression.

For the promising youngster, the tournament represents another important step toward achieving his dream.

“I believe I’m ready for the big stage because I have worked hard for this moment. Playing in Lagos against strong opponents has given me more confidence. My dream is to play professional football at the highest level and make my family and Nigeria proud,” he said.

With his talent, versatility, and determination, Isaac Justice is undoubtedly one of the young players to watch as he continues his pursuit of a professional football career.
